Speech Language Pathologist Job in Salinas, CA

You are a licensed Speech Language Pathologist seeking a 53-week travel assignment in Salinas, California. This position is based at Natividad Medical Center in a 28-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit.

Position Overview

You will provide speech-language pathology services to inpatient rehabilitation patients. This is a full-time role on a rotating 5x8 shift schedule. Your weekly pay is $3,108.

Requirements

• Current California State license as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in an inpatient setting
• Active BLS certification issued through American Heart Association
• Two professional references from work history within the past three years
• Specialty competency exam with a passing score of 80% or higher
• Skills checklist completion within one year of assignment submittal

Facility Details

The facility uses Meditech for inpatient charting. Professional scrubs in any color are permitted; scrubs must not display other facility names or logos.

Onboarding

Orientation is offered on Mondays only and includes a full day at the facility. You will complete HR paperwork, badging, Occupational Health clearance, and department-specific orientation.
