SLP Job in Santa Maria, CA

Dignity Health Home Health & Hospice in Santa Maria is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for a travel assignment. You'll deliver speech-language pathology services in a home health care setting, working directly with patients in their own environments.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour day shifts
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 20, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,557

Role & Responsibilities

You will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients across the home health continuum. Your work includes patient evaluations, treatment planning, direct patient care, and documentation using the Cerner charting system.

Requirements

• Current BLS Certification
• Therapy degree (SLP credential)
• Valid license to practice in California

What to Know

• BSN is not required for this role
• The facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during this assignment (less than 13 weeks)
• You'll use Cerner for all charting and clinical documentation
