SLP Job in Vacaville, CA

You will work as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Vacaville Ranch Post-Acute, a post-acute care facility serving patients who need specialized rehabilitation and recovery support. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 2, 2026.

Position Details

• 36 guaranteed hours per week on a day shift schedule
• Weekly pay: $2,774
• Speech-language pathology services in a post-acute care setting

Your Responsibilities

You will evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Your work will focus on understanding each patient's unique needs and developing individualized treatment plans that support their recovery and progress. You will implement evidence-based interventions and monitor patient outcomes to ensure therapeutic goals are being met.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team—including nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and medical staff—to deliver comprehensive patient care. Regular communication with team members helps ensure that treatment plans align with overall patient rehabilitation objectives and that progress is documented and shared across disciplines.

What You Bring

You hold a degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP credential). You are comfortable working in a post-acute environment and skilled at adapting treatment approaches to meet diverse patient needs. You communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
