Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
• 5 West unit within the main hospital building
• Patient ratio of 1:7 on a 40-bed unit
• Unit staffing includes 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift
• Document patient care using Meditech system
• Perform procedures including EKGs, glucose monitoring, and venipuncture
• Work with regular medical equipment for a med-surg unit
• Contract labor is first to float to like units per floating policy
• Minimum 1 year of med-surg RN experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Current Georgia RN license required
• Dress code: Royal blue top and bottom
