Opportunity:

RN - Urology

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Full-time position in a clinical outpatient setting
• Work with adult patients in a urology specialty setting
• Minimum 1 year of urology experience required
• EPIC electronic health records experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
• Provide routine and complex nursing care, practicing independently in the clinical setting
• Utilize the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols while monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate to other care providers as needed
• Required certifications: BLS certification from AHA
• RN License in state of employment or compact license required
