Med Surg RN Job in Denver, CO

HCA HealthONE Swedish CO is seeking a travel Registered Nurse for a 91-day assignment on the Med/Surg unit. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on the 6th floor of the main building.

Role Details:

• Care for a 4:1 patient ratio during your day shifts
• Manage a 33-room unit with up to 49 patients, including semi-private accommodations
• Perform wound care, bowel programs, and light burn care procedures
• Provide specialized care to surgical flap patients and spinal cord injury patients with complex wounds requiring surgical intervention
• Partner with the burn unit to care for low acuity burn patients
• Work with telemetry monitoring equipment and Meditech EMR system

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current hospital Med/Surg experience
• Valid BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred
• Experience working with spinal cord injury patients preferred

This assignment is best suited for RNs who thrive in a busy floor environment and bring strong patient care experience. You will earn $1,880 per week and start on November 2, 2026.
