ICU RN Job in Clarksville, TN

Vanderbilt Clarksville Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for their 21-bed ICU unit. You will work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a schedule created by the unit, with weekends required. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning December 7, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,308.

Unit Overview

You will care for adult patients (18+) in a critical care environment with a patient ratio of 1:2. The patient population includes those with ARDS, pneumonia, withdrawal, and cardiogenic shock. The unit uses Cerner for electronic medical records. No float is required outside potential coverage to Step-Down or ER as needed.

Requirements

• Current RN license (Tennessee or compact license on file at submission)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Prior travel healthcare experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NIH Stroke Scale certification
• Availability to work 2 of 3 holidays

Schedule Details

You must be flexible to meet unit staffing needs. The unit creates the schedule; no block schedule is offered. Weekends are required. Navy scrubs are required.
