OR Registered Nurse Job in Charlotte, MI

You will work as a Circulator RN in the Operating Room at Sparrow Eaton Hospital in Charlotte, Michigan. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 3, 2026.

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday day shifts, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 36 hours guaranteed for 3 twelve-hour shifts, 48 hours for 4 twelve-hour shifts, or 40 hours for 8 or 10-hour shifts
• On-call required 7 days per month: Monday–Friday 5:00 PM to 7:00 AM and Saturday–Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Minimum 1 weekend on-call per month unless covered by full-time staff

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform circulator duties in the Operating Room
• Work with patient populations including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics at a 1:1 ratio
• Circulate general, orthopedic, cataract, endoscopy, and robot-assisted surgical cases
• Operate da Vinci robot for laparoscopic and robot-assisted procedures
• Handle cases including colon cancer screenings, polypectomies, EGDs, ORIF, joint scopes, total joint replacements, bunionectomies, hysterectomies, D&Cs, and chronic pain procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Michigan nursing license; compact license not accepted
• Minimum 3 years of OR experience; 3–5 years preferred
• Previous charge experience required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Skills: Circulate, Conscious Sedation, Ortho robot-assisted, Cataracts robot-assisted, Endo robot-assisted, and Telemetry
• Community hospital experience preferred
