Operating Room RN Job in Petoskey, MI

McLaren Northern Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room on a temporary travel assignment. You will work 4x10-hour shifts during day hours, with an assignment duration of 91 days beginning October 19, 2026.

Compensation and Schedule

• Weekly pay: $2,530
• Shift: 4x10 days
• On-call obligations: one weeknight per week (7:00 PM to 11:00 PM) and one weekend per month rotating between Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, or Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)

Position Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license with LARA and Nursys verification
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2+ years of operating room experience
• Skills checklist completed within one year of application
• Experience in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urology, and OB preferred
• Travel nursing experience preferred

Attendance Expectations

You must maintain strict attendance standards. Three instances of absence or arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in immediate termination.
