Med Surg RN Job in Ardmore, OK

Mercy Hospital Ardmore is seeking an RN for Med Surg to join the team on a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026. You'll work the night shift, providing direct patient care on a 32-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:6.

Shift Details

• 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other Friday and Saturday night included in rotation
• No on-call requirement for unscheduled time; scheduled shifts may include call-back during your shift window
• Float rotation as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,971 per week

Qualifications Required

• Current RN license; must meet Oklahoma licensure criteria
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• BLS certification from AHA
• EPIC EMR experience
• Proficiency with remote telemetry monitoring equipment managed by ICU

Preferred Qualifications

• ACLS certification

Patient Population & Duties

You'll care for med/surg patients across the lifespan, from infants to geriatric populations. Common diagnoses include COPD, pneumonia, and chest pain. You'll monitor patients using remote telemetry systems and work collaboratively with the ICU team.

Work Environment

This position requires a flexible, team-oriented approach. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient acuity and age ranges. Black scrubs are required.
