Emergency Room (ER) RN Job in Lansing, MI

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department at McLaren Greater Lansing. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026, with a 3x12 day shift schedule and an every-other-weekend rotation.

About the Role

You will assist physicians with patient care, administer medications, and carry out specific treatments that require strong attention to detail. You will manage multiple patients simultaneously, each with differing needs, health stages, and risk levels. In this fast-paced environment, you will respond to urgent and life-threatening situations while communicating effectively with patients who may be scared, in pain, or in shock—as well as their families.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license
• 3 or more years of recent emergency department experience
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
