ED - Emergency Room

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour evening and night shifts with flexibility required - evening shifts ranging from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM, and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Potential to work night before holidays and on holidays
• Float to all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius as needed
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence
• 18-bed emergency department unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
• Solid black scrubs required for all RNs
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience required
• Triage experience strongly preferred
• Epic charting experience within the last year required
• Associate degree or certificate required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• At least one completed travel assignment required
• Required certifications: WI RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS
