RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour shifts with a varied schedule and general 7:00 AM start time, Monday through Friday
• 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with required call
• Call response time is 30 minutes
• Weekend call required minimally every other weekend from Friday 1:30 PM to Monday 7:00 AM
• Average call days including weekends is 12, ranging up to 18 depending on staffing
• Holiday call required on a rotating and assigned basis
• Handle an average of 8 cases per day including all cardiac invasive procedures, peripheral procedures such as carotid, A/V grafts, EVAR, and peripheral diagnostics and intervention
• Candidates who do not scrub will be considered
• No floating required
• Floor-specific orientation of 1 to 2 shifts depending on skill level
• Facility operates 2 beds/suites in the Cath Lab
• Charting system: Cerner
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
