Telemetry RN Job in Sioux City, IA

UnityPoint - St. Luke's Downtown is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Telemetry. You'll work the night shift (24 hours) on an every-other-weekend schedule with no on-call responsibilities, earning $2,132 per week.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team, managing a 6:1 patient ratio
• Care for Neuro/Ortho and Med Surg patient populations
• Float to other med-surgical units as needed across local campuses within the same discipline
• Use the EPIC EMR system
• Wear Navy Blue scrubs

Requirements

• Active Iowa nursing license (verified through Nursys)
• 1.5+ years of nursing experience
• Experience with Heparin required
• BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates accepted)
• NIHSS certification
• Skills checklist specific to Med Surg/Tele discipline
• One Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years
• Valid driver's license
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
