Telemetry RN Job in Worcester, MA

Join St. Vincent Hospital as a Telemetry RN on a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts per week, providing direct clinical care to assigned patients while monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs in a fast-paced telemetry environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on each shift
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe nursing care
• Monitor patient competency and manage resources effectively related to patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and comfort

Shift Details:

You'll work nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, three days per week. This assignment runs for 91 days, starting October 26, 2026. Dedicated scrubs matching staff colors are provided for all travelers.

Compensation & Benefits:
