Opportunity:

RN - Infusion

Job Details:

• Work 5x8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• No floating within facility or to sister facilities
• Patient ratio of 1:4 with a daily census of 70-80 patients
• 32 rooms and 4 beds within the unit
• Patients include adults and geriatric age groups
• Provide care in an outpatient chemotherapy and blood infusion center
• Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments
• Access and manage ports
• Utilize IV pumps and document using Cerner EHR system
• Interdisciplinary support includes interpretation services, phlebotomy, social services, and pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, OCN
• Required skills: Accessing/Managing Ports, Administration of Chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy
• Preferred skills: Infusion Center experience, Inpatient and Outpatient Oncology experience
• WV or Compact nursing license required
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
