Telemetry RN Job in Detroit, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week contract assignment in the Telemetry unit at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, MI. You will work 3 consecutive 12-hour night shifts per week, with a start date of October 5, 2026.

About the Role

As a Telemetry RN, you will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care
• Supervising delegated staff and monitoring care delivery
• Maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for all patients
• Ensuring clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Work Environment

You will be based at Sinai Grace Hospital, a full-service medical facility in Detroit. Navy scrubs are required. This assignment runs for 91 days with a weekly pay rate of $1,964.

Requirements

You must hold a current RN license valid in Michigan. Telemetry experience is expected, along with strong communication and organizational skills. You should be comfortable working the night shift and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
