ICU RN Job in Warsaw, IN

Join Kosciusko Community Hospital as a registered nurse in our intensive care unit for a 13-week travel assignment. You will provide direct patient care on the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working three 12-hour shifts per week with every third weekend required. There are no on-call obligations.

Assignment Details

• Guaranteed 72 hours bi-weekly
• Patient ratios of 3:1 or 2:1 depending on acuity; 1:5 if managing Medical Surgical overflow or progressive care overflow
• May float to Medical Surgical Telemetry as needed
• Block scheduling is not available

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide critical care for intensive care patients, including vent-dependent individuals
• Manage intravenous drips and intravenous sedation
• Occasional post-operative recovery management
• Monitor and document patient progress in the Cerner electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Current Indiana RN licensure
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications
• 1 to 2 years of critical care experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

ECMO and trauma ERTA experience are not required for this position. You will work with a team dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill patients. The assignment begins July 27, 2026, with weekly compensation of $2,241.
