CVOR Technologist Job in Winchester, VA

Join Winchester Medical Center as a CVOR Technologist on a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 4x10 hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating days off, providing 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Your Role

You will serve as a certified surgical technologist in the cardiovascular operating room, assisting with cardiac procedures on a 1-2 bed unit with 1:1 patient ratios. Your responsibilities include:

• First and second scrub assisting during cardiac cases
• Operating cardiac equipment including IABP, ECMO, and Atricure Cryoablation Machine
• Floating to the main OR for vascular and thoracic cases as needed
• Serving the adult patient population

Schedule and Commitment

Expect 6–13 on-call shifts within each 4-week period, which may include weekends and holidays. You will wear Ceil Blue scrubs per facility policy.

Requirements

You must have 2 or more years of CVOR scrub technician experience, with cardiac experience in both first and second scrub assisting preferred. Required certifications include BLS (AHA only), NBSTSA Certificate, and VA State License.

Compensation and Details

This position offers weekly pay of $2,711 and begins September 21, 2026. Winchester Medical Center is located in Winchester, Virginia.
