CVOR Technologist Job in Winchester, VA

Winchester Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to work as a CVOR Technologist on the day shift. You will join a dedicated cardiovascular operating room team in a dynamic surgical environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• 4x10 day shifts: 6:15 AM to 5:00 PM
• 36 guaranteed weekly hours
• $2,711 per week
• 91-day assignment
• Start date: September 14, 2026

Role Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate in CVOR setting with 2 CVOR rooms and 1 Hybrid Room
• Work one-to-one patient ratio
• Support advanced cardiovascular procedures and equipment management
• No float requirements; dedicated CVOR placement
• On-call participation: 10–12 calls per 4-week period, including potential weekends

Clinical Environment

• Adult patient population
• Equipment: IABP, ECMO, AtriCure machine, Impella 5.5
• EMR: Epic
• Dress code: Blue scrubs

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of CVOR CST experience
• NBSTSA Certificate (current)
• Virginia State License (current; include license status with application)
• BLS certification (AHA only)
