Emergency Room RN Job in Albany, OR

Samaritan Albany General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room on a 3x12 night shift schedule. This 91-day travel assignment begins July 30, 2026, and offers you the opportunity to deliver acute care to patients across the full spectrum of emergency medicine.

In this role, you will:

• Provide direct patient care for individuals presenting with non-critical to emergent medical conditions
• Respond to patients experiencing urgent and emergent mental health crises
• Care for walk-in patients and those arriving via emergency transport
• Assess and manage critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric patients
• Work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, timely care

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification
