NICU RN Job in Detroit, MI

Children Hospital of Michigan is seeking a registered nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). You will work 3x12 hour day shifts and be part of a team dedicated to providing specialized care for critically ill newborns and infants.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff members and ensure appropriate task completion
• Support facility nursing leadership in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Monitor and verify competency of clinical staff related to patient care delivery
• Manage resources effectively and maintain standards of care at the unit level

Position Details:

• Location: Detroit, Michigan
• Facility: Children Hospital of Michigan (CHM)
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each, day shift (0700–1930)
• Assignment Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: July 28, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,280.96
