NICU RN Job in Detroit, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a registered nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Children Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, MI. This is an excellent opportunity to provide specialized care to critically ill newborns while gaining experience in a pediatric critical care setting.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit)
• Shift: 3x3 nights (1900–0730)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: July 28, 2026
• Location: Children Hospital of Michigan, Detroit, MI

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff members and ensure appropriate patient care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Maintain standards of care at the unit level and contribute to a collaborative care environment

Who You Are:

You are a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with the ability to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to neonatal patients and their families. You communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and take ownership of your role in maintaining clinical excellence.
