NICU RN Job in Detroit, MI

You'll deliver direct clinical care to neonatal patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children Hospital of Michigan. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 8, 2026, working three 12-hour day shifts per week.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Maintain standards of care at the unit level

You'll work alongside an experienced NICU team in a pediatric hospital setting. Your RN credential and clinical expertise in neonatal care are essential to this role. The assignment offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on critically ill infants and their families while gaining exposure to a respected children's hospital program.
