NICU RN Job in Detroit, MI

You will deliver direct clinical care to neonatal patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children Hospital of Michigan. This is a 91-day travel assignment working 3x3 nights (1900–0730).

Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Maintain standards of care at the unit level
