NICU RN Job in Detroit, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. This is a 91-day contract position perfect for nurses looking to expand their critical care experience while working in a patient-centered environment.

Assignment Details:

• Specialty: NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care)
• Shift: 3x12 nights per week
• Duration: 91 days
• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Weekly Pay: $2,287
• Required Scrub Color: Navy

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned neonatal patients on a per-shift basis
• Provide supervision of clinical staff and ensure appropriate delegation of care responsibilities
• Support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care for all assigned patients
• Maintain competency standards for clinical staff and manage resources efficiently related to patient care
• Work confidently with high-acuity neonatal patients and their families

Qualifications:

You must hold a current RN license valid in Michigan. NICU experience is preferred but not required. Comfort working with high-acuity patients and the ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams are essential.
