Med Surg RN Job in Vicksburg, MS

Merit Health River Region is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Med Surg position. This is a 13-week travel contract starting September 28, 2026.

Position Details:

• Shift: Day hours, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each
• Rotating weekends required
• 1 open position

Compensation:

• Weekly pay: $1,937

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility

You will provide direct patient care on a medical-surgical unit, working alongside the facility's nursing team. This role is ideal for nurses seeking a short-term travel assignment with predictable day-shift hours and a rotating weekend schedule in Mississippi.
