CVOR Technologist Job in Santa Fe, NM

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment at CHRISTUS St Vincent Physicians Medical Center in Santa Fe, NM. This is a 91-day contract starting October 19, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (days)
• Weekend availability required
• On-call availability required
• Floating to main location required
• Weekly pay: $1,531.20

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and care for pre-operative patients, including skin preparation for surgery
• Maintain aseptic techniques and monitor for potential breaches in sterile environment
• Transport patients to and from the Operating Room suite and position patients according to surgical type
• Set up Operating Room tables, instruments, and supplies for each case
• Establish and maintain sterile field, pass instruments and sutures to physician as directed
• Utilize and maintain physician preference cards for case setup
• Identify and care for biological specimens
• Adhere to Universal Barrier Precautions in all patient care situations
• Maintain proper traffic control, dress code, and OR sanitation policies and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently scrub 3 specialty areas including Transplants, Open Heart, Urology, Neurology, Titanium Rib, and Robotics
• 2 or more years of experience

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Surgical Technology program or accredited LVN/LPN program
• BLS certification via AHA
• Certified Surgical Technologist within 180 days of graduation or current LVN/LPN License
