Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Lebanon, MO

Mercy Hospital Lebanon is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment in our outpatient clinic. You'll deliver direct patient care in a structured day-shift environment with predictable hours and no weekend commitments.

Schedule & Hours

• 5x8 hour day shift: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend hours required

Clinical Role

• 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio with all appointment slots scheduled for 45 minutes
• Treat orthopedic patients as your primary focus, with secondary cases in general deconditioning, neurological, vestibular, and other conditions
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Current State of Missouri physical therapy licensure
• BCP certification required

Work Environment

• Dress code: Black scrubs or business casual attire acceptable
• Assignment start date: June 29, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,482

This assignment offers the structure of a traditional outpatient schedule with the flexibility of a travel role. You'll work with a clearly defined patient load and established treatment protocols while maintaining clinical autonomy in your therapy decisions.
