Telemetry RN Job in Sioux City, IA

UnityPoint – St. Luke's Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment on the Med Surg/Telemetry unit in Sioux City, IA. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week at $2,313 weekly, starting October 12, 2026.

About the Role

You will care for cardiac, stroke, and general medical patients in a structured night shift environment. Patient ratios are 1:5 or 1:6, and you will work an every-other-weekend schedule with no on-call responsibilities. Floating within the same discipline across local campuses is required.

Requirements

• Current active Iowa nursing license or compact nursing license (verified through Nursys)
• Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Prior travel work experience required
• ACLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates accepted)
• BLS certification (AHA preferred; ARC or US Military certificates accepted)
• NIHSS Certification
• EPIC EMR system experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to commute from at least 50 miles away from the facility
• 1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years
• Med Surg/Telemetry discipline-specific skills checklist completion
