PICU Registered Nurse Job in Cincinnati, OH

Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• 48-hour contract position
• Day shift schedule
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Blocked schedules can be accommodated if traveler is willing to work all weekends (Friday-Sunday only)
• Travelers are expected to work a minimum of 2 holidays
• Float required - may float down as needed as well as to CICU (CVPICU) as needed; travelers are first to float when census drops and are notified at the start of their shift
• Candidates will float within hospital, potentially to Liberty campus
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience with exposure to CICU required
• First-time travelers accepted with required experience
• Patients served include infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Valid Ohio single state or multi-state compact license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of submission and cannot exceed 5 days total
• Supervisor reference within past 2 years required
