PICU Registered Nurse Job in Cincinnati, OH

Opportunity:

RN - PICU

Job Details:

• 48-hour contract position
• Night shift schedule required
• Every other weekend (EOW) is required
• Patient ratios are 1:1 or 1:2
• Minimum of 2 years PICU experience required with exposure to CICU
• Float required - may float down as needed as well as to CICU (CVPICU) as needed; travelers are first to float when census drops and are notified at the start of their shift
• Blocked schedules can be accommodated if traveler is willing to work all weekends (Friday through Sunday only)
• No block scheduling requests unless for weekends only
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of submission and cannot exceed 5 days maximum
• Travelers are expected to work a minimum of 2 holidays
• Patients include adolescents, infants, and pediatrics
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Valid Ohio single state or multi-state compact license required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Supervisor reference within past 2 years required
