Job Details:

• Initiate and administer appropriate physical therapy treatments while managing a patient load that reflects productivity standards
• Accurately evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans with functional goals
• Revise and progress treatment programs as patient goals are met
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation, completing records same day
• Accurately reflect patient charges including time spent, procedures performed, and equipment used
• Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, and other healthcare providers
• Follow care path guidelines for patient and family education and home program documentation
• Schedule and prioritize daily work assignments
• Delegate patients to RPTAs or other support personnel as appropriate
• Assist with PT observers, volunteers, students, and training of new PT employees as requested
• Coordinate activities and collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff
• Maintain technical expertise through continuing education activities and departmental in-services
• Attend 90% of scheduled in-services and departmental meetings
• 6 months to 1 year of experience required with outpatient experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred
• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required
• Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy required
• BLS certification required
