OR RN Job in Tucson, AZ

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a travel assignment in the Operating Room at BUMC Tucson. This is a 3x12 hour day shift position working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with no call requirements. The assignment runs for 89 weeks, starting November 30, 2026.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as a circulator in the operating room
• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plan of care
• Coordinate, delegate, and supervise health care team activities to implement patient care plans
• Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, revising care plans as needed
• Document assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and in a timely manner in the patient record
• Provide care based on best available evidence and participate in shared leadership activities

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Arizona
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an OR RN
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
• BLS certification
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable using standard precautions due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Professional certification

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,426
