Med Surg RN Job in Thornton, CO

Join HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge as a Medical-Surgical RN on a 26-bed acute care unit. This is a travel position running 91 days, starting October 19, 2026.

Position Details

• Day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, three 12-hour shifts per week
• Patient ratio: 6:1
• Weekly pay: $1,878
• Location: Thornton, Colorado

Your Unit

You'll work on a high-energy unit with a team-focused culture. The day shift team includes a Charge Nurse, 4 RNs, and 3 PCTs. Care for medical patients including those on drips such as heparin and post-operative radial cardiac catheterization patients. You'll use Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, and document in the Meditech EMR system.

Requirements

• RN degree (current)
• Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg acute care hospital experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
