Opportunity:

OT - Therapy Rehab Outpatient

Job Details:

• Hand Occupational Therapist position with a day shift schedule
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, Manual Therapy, Lymphedema
• Expected to see approximately 10 patient visits per day
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 2 references required at time of submission
• 16 orientation hours required
• Must have New Mexico state license in hand before start date
• 75-mile radius rule applies - local candidates not accepted
• Key skills required include: Acute Care, Orthopedics, Outpatient Clinic, Gait training, Extremity Mobilization, Home Exercise Program, Plan of Care, Patient/Family Education, Evaluation and Reassessments, Strength Testing, and Vital Sign Monitoring
• Interdisciplinary support available including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, Radiology, and Social Services
