PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts, Monday through Friday
• Outpatient care setting
• 45-minute one-on-one treatments including evaluations and recurring schedule management
• Manage approximately 9 patients per day with strong cancellation/no-show management expected
• Treat primarily orthopedic cases with a wide variety of diagnoses in a small community outpatient rehab setting
• Work alongside rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining one-on-one treatments
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Business casual dress code required
• Chart using EPIC system
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• Colorado PT License or Compact license required
• 26-week contract only
• Must be within a 60-mile radius; valid driver's license must be submitted
• Must be in state for the week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
