Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Julesburg, CO

SCHealth - Memorial Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a travel position in Julesburg, Colorado. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with clinic hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements. You will work 5 days per week, though 4 days per week may also be considered.

In this position, you will provide rehabilitation services across multiple care settings:

• Approximately 95% outpatient clinic work with patients of all ages and diverse diagnoses
• Rehabilitation services for nursing home and assisted living facility patients
• Home health services for patients throughout the surrounding community

You will have experience working with orthopedic patients and be proficient with a range of treatment modalities, including cupping, dry needling, blood flow restriction, and other evidence-based techniques. The rehabilitation department provides access to a small fitness center to support patient care and recovery.

Requirements:

• Current Colorado state physical therapy assistant license
• BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedics

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 28, 2026. You will earn $2,012 per week working 5 shifts of 8 hours each. This opportunity combines clinical variety with the stability of a predictable weekday schedule in a supportive healthcare environment.
