Physical Therapist Job in Fort Morgan, CO

St. Elizabeth Hospital in Fort Morgan, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work four 10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rare weekend on-call coverage as needed. No holiday requirements apply.

Your Role

You will treat approximately 8–12 patients per day in a primarily outpatient orthopedic setting. Your caseload will include post-joint replacement, pain management, back conditions, post-falls, and post-neurological cases, with some sports medicine. You will conduct 45-minute outpatient sessions with blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation. Some inpatient acute care coverage is required. The facility features a warm water therapy pool for patient treatment.

Work Environment

You will work alongside three PTAs and a Lead PT. The facility uses EPIC for charting. Scrub or business casual dress code is required.

Compensation and Duration

Weekly pay is $2,281. The assignment begins September 21, 2026, and runs for 91 days.

Requirements

• Current Colorado PT license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to be within 60 miles of the facility
• Availability for in-state orientation during the first week of assignment
