Physical Therapist Job in Fort Morgan, CO

St. Elizabeth Hospital (SEH) in Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment. You will work in a primarily outpatient setting, with occasional support for inpatient acute care and early intervention services.

Schedule & Hours

• Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 36–40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
• Occasional weekend on-call may be required
• No holiday requirements

Your Role

• Schedule your own patients with dedicated blocked time for inpatient evaluations and documentation
• Treat approximately 8–10 patients per day
• Work with both pediatric and adult populations
• Treat conditions including developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic diagnoses
• Access to warm water therapy pool for treatment modalities

Requirements

• Colorado PT license or compact PT license
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Some pediatric experience required
• Valid driver's license; must be able to work within 60 miles radius
