Physical Therapist Job in Evergreen, CO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting a Physical Therapist for an outpatient role in Evergreen, CO. This is a travel position ideal for experienced clinicians seeking a focused, productive environment.

Position Details:

• Facility: RMSS-Evergreen, CO
• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: October 26, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,054

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
• See 12 to 14 patients per day
• Meet a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• No floating to other clinics

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist credential (Therapy degree)
• Outpatient experience required
• Established travel healthcare background required—first-time travelers will not be considered
• New graduates will not be accepted

Schedule & Compensation:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime requires advance approval from the director

You will work in a straightforward outpatient clinic environment with clear productivity metrics and no cross-clinic responsibilities. This role is structured for PTs with prior travel experience and a solid background in outpatient care.
