Physical Therapist Job in Monument, CO

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for an 89-day travel assignment at ORA-Monument, CO, beginning December 28, 2026. This is an outpatient physical therapy role perfect for experienced clinicians looking to expand their practice in a new setting.

Position Details

• 36 hours guaranteed per week with expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Shift: 5x8 days
• Weekly pay: $2,044
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Patient load: 12–14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

Requirements

• Current single-state Colorado physical therapy license or confirmation of application already submitted
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• New graduates will not be considered
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Key Information

• Overtime must be approved by the director before any additional hours are worked
• Float to other clinic locations as needed
• Placement option available at this clinic or a neighboring clinic within the travel team network
