Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Glenwood Springs, CO

Valley View Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. You will work 40 hours per week on a 4x10 hour day schedule, providing direct patient care and rehabilitation services.

Your Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their diagnoses and functional goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience; 3–5 years preferred
• Current Colorado PT licensure through DORA or compact licensure for Colorado
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

Assignment Details

This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning December 1, 2026. You will earn $1,985 per week. Please note that guaranteed hours do not apply on clinic holidays.
