Job Details:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• CRT credentials not accepted; RRT required
• Patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, RRT, and GA State License
• Required skills include ventilator management, medicated aerosol treatments, BiPAP management, open heart support, intubation, ABG draws and analysis, chest physiotherapy, nitric oxide management, and COVID management
• Must have experience with the following unit systems: Epic, Servo I, GE, Hamilton, and PB840
• Cover all floors throughout the hospital including a 30-bed ICU, 25-bed Open Heart unit, 25-bed NICU, and a 47-bed/5 Trauma ED
• 24/7 department with 12–16 therapists on day shift and 10–13 therapists on nights
• Night shift patient ratio: 14 patients
• Floating required within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday work expectations apply: if one or two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work all of them; if three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two
• Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
• All requested time off must be finalized at time of submission; no schedule requests accepted post-offer or on-site
• No time off requests permitted during orientation week (Monday–Sunday)
• Scrub color: any color except all red or all navy blue
