Telemetry RN Job in Memphis, TN

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position at St. Francis Medical Center - Park in Memphis, TN. This is a 91-day assignment beginning July 1, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Schedule: 3x12 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekly Pay: $1,840.32
• Duration: 91 days
• Required Scrub Color: Ceil blue or white

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients each shift
• Supervise staff to whom care has been appropriately delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Contact House Supervisor for any nurse cancellations

Unit Information

You will work across multiple units with varying nurse-to-patient ratios:

• 5B Floor Neuro Tele: 1:7 or 1:8
• 5T Cardiac Stepdown Unit: 1:4
• 6T Post Op: 1:6 to 1:7
