Operating Room (OR) RN Job in Lawton, OK

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a temporary position in the Operating Room (OR) at Memorial Health System of Southwest Oklahoma in Lawton, OK. This is a full-time role working 5 days per week on day shift, with a 91-day assignment starting November 19, 2026.

Position Overview

You will provide direct care for patients throughout surgical and medical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety in the perioperative environment. You will also educate patients about procedure outcomes and potential outcomes, supporting them before, during, and after their surgical experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for surgery or medical procedures
• Provide care during the surgical process
• Support patient recovery and communicate outcomes
• Respond to on-call responsibilities as scheduled
• Participate in 1–2 weekend days of call per 13-week period

Required Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the Operating Room
• Cardiovascular OR (CVOR) experience preferred

• No special scheduling requirements beyond standard on-call participation
