Operating Room RN Job in Lawton, OK

Join Memorial Health as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. You will deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-centered care in the perioperative setting while advocating for all patient populations and upholding surgical nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and perioperative services areas
• Act as a patient advocate across all patient populations
• Set priorities, organize workload effectively, and manage multiple assignments with multilevel personnel
• Apply thorough knowledge of sterile technique in all procedures
• Develop and implement total nursing care through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care planning
• Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients and reassess as per policy
• Assess and reassess pain levels and utilize appropriate pain management techniques
• Collaborate with the healthcare team including RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, physicians, and ancillary disciplines
• Participate in and implement age-specific care and interaction for pediatric and geriatric patients
• Maintain strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to team concept and task completion

Position Details:

• Shift: 5x8 days with call
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 19, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,482

Requirements:

• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• BSN preferred
