ICU Registered Nurse Job in Antigo, WI

Aspirus Langlade Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for its ICU. This is a 13-week contract running through a Sunday end date, with 3x12-hour night shifts every weekend and a guaranteed 36 hours per week.

Unit Details

• 2 ICU beds with 2 flex bed potential
• 1 ICU RN per shift
• Operates similarly to a step-down unit with occasional ventilator patients
• May float to alike units internally and occasionally take med/surg patients if no ICU patients and high med/surg census
• May float to other Aspirus locations: Merrill, Medford, Stanley, and Wausau

Shift and Schedule

• 12-hour variable nights every weekend
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Every other holiday rotation required
• No on-call or callback requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience
• Wisconsin RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Epic charting experience
• Associate Degree or Certificate in nursing; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Additional Information

• Scrubs provided; personal scrubs in any color also acceptable
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius
• Weekly pay: $2,351.52
• Contract duration: 91 days
