CT Technologist Job in Denmark, SC

MUSC Health Bamberg-Barnwell Emergency & Imaging is seeking a CT Technologist for a hybrid multimodality role. You will perform both CT scans and radiographic exams (X-Ray and CT) in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule & Locations:

• Friday: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM at main campus in Orangeburg
• Saturday: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM at BBMP location
• Sunday: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM at BBMP location

This is a 3-day weekend rotation (Friday through Sunday). On-call rotation is required among staff at the BBMP location; if shifts are not filled when on call, additional weekend work may be required. The facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Produce computerized tomographic scans and diagnostic radiographs of designated anatomical areas according to established practices and procedures
• Obtain patient history and explain routine procedures
• Address patient concerns and ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate charting in Epic

Requirements:

• Allied Health Professional credential
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist with Computed Tomography experience
• Satisfactory completion of an AMA-approved school of radiological technology
• Registration by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
• License by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA)
• Current certifications: ARRT (R)(CT), SCRQSA (R)(CT), BLS (AHA), and CPR
• Skills in Adult Acute Care and PACS
• First-time travelers accepted
