CT Technologist Job in Hilo, HI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at Hilo Medical Center in Hilo, Hawaii. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a dynamic acute hospital setting.

Position Overview

You will perform routine CT scans and specialized imaging procedures according to radiologist protocols. You'll function independently, managing patient care and scan acquisition with minimal supervision. Shifts are 4x10 rotating based on operational needs, with no on-call responsibilities.

Compensation & Timeline

• Weekly pay: $3,340
• Assignment duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 23, 2026

Requirements

• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license (radiographer) required prior to assignment start
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum two years of acute hospital work experience
• Ability to scan independently per radiologist protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation
• Proficiency in venipuncture, MIP, MPR, and 3D imaging
• Background with specialized procedures including biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke imaging

Important Notes

No time off requests will be granted during the first 13 weeks of your contract. Shifts may vary based on facility operational needs. This role requires you to demonstrate reliability and clinical competency in a fast-paced imaging environment.
